Welcome Division 11 members! This blog, “The Connector” is established in order to help all of you, members of Division 11, The In-House Counsel division of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law (the ABA FCL) to better connect with one another and tap into the shared knowledge and resources your fellow members can provide. Aside from the monthly membership meetings, the publications of the ABA FCL, the terrific three Forum meetings a year, and all the other regional and other programs the ABA FCL presents annually, this blog will provide members with specially-directed content so that all of you can be sure you are tuning in and getting the most of what the ABA FCL has to offer.
With the above-described purpose in mind, you will see several different types of content here. The types of content you will find may include; articles providing the wrap-up of a Forum meeting, summaries and slides from Division 11 hot-topic calls, links to other industry articles that are of interest to our members, specifically-written articles for this blog on pertinent topics, highlights and important announcements, job postings, and much more.
I hope that this blog will become a useful resource for Division 11 members who are looking to get the most out of their ABA FCL membership.
